How to manage safe distancing of customers using a digital queue management system
Step 1: Visitor scans the QR code outside your shop. They do not have to wait in a crowd or queue outside your shop.
Step 2: The QR code will redirect the visitor's browser to a virtual (online) kiosk screen where he or she can select the service, request for the digital queue ticket, and get a ticket instantly.
Step 3: Wait anywhere (in your car or at a nearby cafe, or at your home) until you get a status update about your current position in the queue and a message that you are about to be serviced.
Step 4: Then you can come to the shop or branch location, just when you reach the front of the line. Your ticket number is shown on the display screen, and you are asked to go to the specific service counter/area/room where someone the business would assist you.
