Video transcript: We have fast become part of the new world wide thing: queues! and big waits, just to get the basics. This supermarket, west of Oakland, was one facing the sudden big lines and endless customers. But now the queues are gone, and it's because technology has come along just to make life just a bit easier. You can sit in the comfort of your car until you're called in by text message. But it's not just about keeping comfy or taking a break. It's also very good for keeping people apart. Time freed up, and much least stressed.
